COMMERCIAL DEPARTMENT
This department of BMJG, Inc. services a wide range of clients, which include commercial banks, credit unions, insurance companies, conduit programs, capital markets, city/state/federal governments and institutional investors. All reports prepared in this department are intended to comply with the Appraisal Institute and the Appraisal Foundation (USPAP). In addition, many reports meet specific state agency or bank requirements such as FDEP, FDOT, SJRWMD, and FIRREA standards and procedures. Each report prepared by our appraisers undergoes a review by the appraiser, the administrative assistant and an MAI. This review process results in the highest quality product and consistency in the report process.
Specialties of the firm include Subdivisions, Investment grade properties (offices, shopping centers, apartments and multi-property portfolios), Real Property tax consultations, large acreage tracts, golf course developments, restaurants, hotels, and many types of industrial facilities.
