The residential department at BMJG, Inc. is well experienced in handling a variety of residential assignments including non-waterfront homes, waterfront homes, duplexes, triplexes, quadraplexes, and small apartment income producing properties. A majority of the residential staff members are qualified to appraise HUD properties and one appraiser is also on the approved list for the Veteran's Administration.

Residential appraisal work is currently completed in a five county area including Duval, Clay, St. Johns and Nassau counties.
